Mentoring Positives (MP) hired us to professionalize and grow the organization’s small fund development program. MP uses both our Operations Service and Coaching. We established a donor database and other key fundraising systems, manage gift entry and acknowledgement, Coordinate MP’s Big Share and annual appeal, and coach Will Green, the Executive Director, on major donor giving and annual giving strategies.
