Amanda White Consulting provided a 6-month in-depth strategic planning process to support the Taliesin Preservation, Inc. (TPI) team in creating a vision and action plan to achieve an impressive 20-year vision for growth and preservation of Wisconsin’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Through internal interviews, an analysis of TPI’s organizational, communication, and fundraising processes, market research focused on similar preservation sites in Wisconsin and across the country, and facilitated strategy sessions with the TPI team, we assisted Taliesin in creating a framework for decision-making and outlining a plan grow programming, preservation, and engagement at Taliesin.
