Amanda White Consulting (AWC) seeks a multi-faceted professional to support client projects and administrative operations. AWC works with Madison's most dynamic nonprofit organizations. The Project Coordinator will be a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with experience in marketing and communication, document management, event planning, and client services. AWC is searching for an individual who embraces ongoing professional development, is collaborative, enjoys wearing multiple “professional hats” and is interested in exploring modern, creative approaches to nonprofit success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Services (50%):

•       Support the lead consultant with daily functions of the consulting portfolio, ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of client communications and project deliverables

•       Manage client scheduling and coordination of time and resources for the consultant

•       Oversee prospect list management

•       Attend client meetings with the lead consultant and complete post-meeting profiles

•       Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes

•       Manage client cultivation (e.g., thank you notes, recognition, and appreciation efforts

•       Document activities by taking photos at events, workshops, and client engagements

•       Maintain client records, including onboarding materials, logos, and ongoing communications

 

Marketing and Communication (25%):

•       Assist market research efforts with data management and outreach to external partners

•       Provide grant research assistance

•       Contribute to Amanda White Consulting's marketing by creating content for the website, social media, and e-updates/blogs

•       Support client communications by drafting campaign emails and proofing/editing campaign materials

 

Event Planning and Administrative Support (25%):

•       Manage logistics for Amanda White Consulting’s bi-annual workshop series working with participants and external stakeholders

•       Lead the planning of small gatherings and events throughout the year

•       Provide logistical support at client events such as groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and more (donor list management, signage, talking points, social media)

•       Coordinate AWC vendors and suppliers

•       Assist with daily administrative duties

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

•       3-5 years’ experience in project coordination/management, customer service, marketing, fund development, office management, or nonprofit work

•       Strong written and oral communication skills

•       Proven ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented

•       Experience in event planning, nonprofit communications, including social media, is a plus

•       Experience with Canva, Squarespace, Mailchimp, donor database platforms, and/or project management tools such as Monday or Asana is a plus

DETAILS:

AWC offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work remotely within the Madison/Southern Wisconsin region. The position can be offered full or part-time, depending on the candidate's interest and availability. Compensation is based on experience, and a benefits package is included. Amanda White Consulting offers a fun, engaging, and respectful work culture. Limited evening and weekend work may be required.
